Glenn has spent more than two decades building and leading pricing organizations inside category-defining software and technology companies. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, rising to Expert Engagement Manager in the Pricing Practice, where he advised clients across CPG, software, industrial equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hardware on new product pricing, transaction optimization, and approval workflows.

He went on to become the first pricing strategist at NXP Semiconductors, then the first pricing strategist at Salesforce, where he built and led a 40-person pricing strategy organization as SVP. He most recently served as GVP, Pricing & Strategy at UKG, overseeing a global team of 200 people and responsible for product & pricing strategy, technical program management, product operations, research & insights, and UKG Labs.

Glenn holds a BA in Art History & Economics from Duke University and an MA in the History of Art from Johns Hopkins University.

Anna has spent fourteen years designing pricing and packaging in software and beyond. She began her career as an actuary, pricing risk and building statistical models, before joining McKinsey & Company, where she developed product, pricing and operational strategies for major financial services clients.

She then moved in-house, building new pricing architecture at Time Warner Cable before spending nearly a decade at Salesforce, where she led pricing and packaging for the core Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce clouds and helped drive the shift from per-seat pricing to AI-driven consumption models. Most recently, as VP of Pricing Strategy at UKG, she built the pricing function from scratch and led a pricing and packaging transformation across a $5B portfolio.

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Statistics and Economics from American University.
